The mission of The Sower is to plant churches, establish ministers
and local church leadership both in America, Mexico and abroad,
to educate local church bodies in spiritual matters by providing
spiritual leadership and study material and to provide clothes, food,
medical help and basic necessities of life for proven ministers,
established churches and individuals in need.
The Sower, Inc is committed to see revival fires stirred
wherever the Gospel is preached and see salvations,
healings and signs and wonders by the Holy Spirit.
It is the intent of The Sower to minister to the Body of
Christ through prophecy and words of knowledge and
wisdom so that the Body of Christ can be established
and ready to move into revival and the end time
harvest of souls.
It was established in 1983 by Burton McDonald to
provide a means to manage and distribute funds,
provide a spiritual covering for various ministry
outreaches and touch thousands with the Gospel
of Jesus Christ.
None of the staff or volunteers for The Sower
Ministries are paid employees.
This enables the ministry to do much more for the
Kingdom of God than would ordinarily be possible
with it’s level of income
